Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Private Reps respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
2. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload (e.g., videos of their own performance). However, by uploading content, users affirm that they possess the necessary rights and permissions to share that content and to grant Private Reps the license to use it as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Training Materials
Drills, training plans, and analysis feedback provided by Coaches are the intellectual property of the respective Coach or Private Reps. Users are granted a license to use these materials for their personal training but may not distribute, sell, or publicly broadcast them without permission.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
