Private Reps is dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and productive environment for athletes, coaches, and parents. To maintain this community, we ask all users to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Respect and Professionalism

  • Be Respectful: Treat all members with dignity and respect. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • Constructive Feedback: Coaches should provide feedback that is constructive, actionable, and encouraging. Criticism should be focused on performance and technique, never personal attacks.
  • Professional Conduct: Interactions should remain professional. Inappropriate language, advances, or conduct will not be tolerated.

2. Safety and Privacy

  • Protect Personal Information: Do not share sensitive personal information (like home addresses or financial details) in public forums or messages.
  • Appropriate Content: Ensure all uploaded videos and photos are appropriate for a general audience. Content depicting violence, nudity, or illegal acts is banned.
  • Minors: Special care must be taken when interacting with minors. Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's account activity.

3. Integrity

  • Authenticity: Be yourself. Do not impersonate others or create fake profiles.
  • Honesty: Coaches must accurately represent their qualifications, experience, and services.
  • No Cheating: Do not attempt to manipulate the system, ratings, or reviews.

4. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using the platform. Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Reporting Violations

If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it. We rely on our community to help keep Private Reps safe. You can report users or content through the reporting tools on the platform or by contacting support@privatereps.com.

6. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on the severity of the violation.
